To get your items to you in as soon as possible, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and discussed if you would prefer a change or a refund. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.

Please check your order twice before submitting it. But as we all sometimes change our minds - please email us to email ana@annabressi.com with your order number and what would you like to have changed. Please do so in 2 hours after you place your order to avoid your order being shipped before.

We will on occasion run flash sales. Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments for orders placed outside of 12 hours. If you did purchase the item with this time frame we are happy to issue you a store credit for the price adjustment. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

Due to COVID 19, domestic & international couriers may experience longer shipping times than usual. We kindly ask for a bit of patience during these times as we have no control over the shipping couriers.

The time we need to create or prepare your products before we ship them.
Most products are made to order and are prepared within 5 business days (from Monday to Friday) from the order date.
Exception are custom orders where production time is usually longer.
Please check the individual product description for more accurate estimate. -
Shipping Time is the time counted after we leave your parcel with our shipping couriers to the day it is delivered to your home.
As orders are shipped from either our studido or different locations of our production partners, please check individual product description for the details or message us at ana@annabressi.com.
Usual estimated shipping times are:
Domestic Shipping: 5 - 14 business days.
International Shipping (shipped from overseas): 14 - 28 business days
Please keep in mind, due to current pandemic restrictions orders might take longer to arrive and some countries may have limited access.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number is provided by e-mail for all orders. Please make sure you have provided a valid e-mail during your purchase. Please check your spam/junk e-mail folder if you did not received it or email us directly.

We use production partners so our products may be shipped from different locations.
Art Prints
In order to offer you the highest quality of Giclee printing and a variety of large scale sizes, Anna Bressi has partnered up with print production partners all over the world. With locations in over 10 different countries (UK, EU, US, AU), we bring production closer to our customers which is greener, cheaper and faster. This way we also avoid extra import/ customs fees in most cases! All of Anna Bressi Art Prints are created using water-based inks and printed on a sustainably sourced paper (From FSC-approved forests.)Apparel
Apparel such as T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Beanies are all made to order. For the apparel collection we have also partnered up with several partners around the world (EU, US, CA, AU, MEX). Apparel is printed with DTG method using quality, water-based vegan inks that are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and certified with an OEKO-TEX Eco Passport.Other

Customers are responsible for any customs/import fees that may apply for their country of residence.
We do our best to produce our items as close to you as possible in order to avoid and minimize shipping and customs/import fees, but sometimes that is just out of our hands depending on your country regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement.
All you have to do is contact Ana ana@annabressi.com with some photos and your order number and she will arrange this for you as soon as possible. -
If you would like to cancel your order, this may be possible only if the production of the item hasn’t started yet. Please contact Ana at ana@annabressi.com for help with cancellation!

Every product is specially made to order for you, therefore I am unable to offer exchanges and returns unless the item arrived damaged. Please be sure to read the description and any size charts provided carefully before ordering.

We love our products, and we make sure each product is carefully made and packaged. But we do understand that sometimes there can be a change of mind, the product was not what you thought or the size isn’t the right fit. If you would like to change it, please email ana@annabressi.com with your order number and the pieces you would lite to change/return. All changes have to be made in 14 days after the order was deliveredu d. After that, we cannot issue a refund anymore.
If you do decide to return the products, they have to be unworn, packaged as they were received and unstained. Once the package gets back to our studio we will make a refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
